Privacy

This page explains what Company Brains collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• When you request a free tool: your first name, email address, the tool you asked for, and where you came from (for example, a link in an email we sent you).
• When you use the Daily Brief builder: the choices you make in the builder stay in your browser. If email delivery is switched on and you submit the form, we also receive your name, email and those choices so we can build and send your skill.
• When you email us or book a call: whatever you choose to send us.

What we never collect

Our tools run inside your own Google or Claude account. We never see your invoices, proposals, inbox, calendar or chat. The Daily Brief skill reads your accounts from inside Claude, not from our systems.

How we use it

• To send you the tool you asked for and a small number of follow-up emails with setup tips.
• To reply to you and run any call you book.

We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their marketing. Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Where it is stored

Requests are stored in a Google Sheet in our Google account, and emails are sent through Gmail. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in touch with you. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@companybrains.co and we'll reply within 30 days.
