Free Google Sheet · Cash Chaser Lite
Get paid without the awkward chasing.
Each morning the sheet shows which client to remind. One click opens the email in Gmail with their name, amount and due date filled in. Nothing sends until you press Send.
On Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books? Switch on their built-in reminders first. The sheet shows you how.

Chase unpaid invoices, again
Four emails included
Friendly first. Firm only if needed.
Each email fills in the client, amount and due date. It opens in Gmail ready to go. Mark the invoice Paid and the reminders stop.
Two ways to use it
Use what you already pay for first.
PATH A
You use accounting software
Switch on the reminders you already pay for, and use our four email templates. The Renewals tab still flags retainers coming up.
PATH B
You invoice from a spreadsheet, Word or PDF
Add your invoices to the sheet. Each morning the rows that need a reminder turn orange, with the email one click away.
